Prior to Noma Therapy, Erin Scraper was Chief Operating Officer of Aware Recovery Care. Before that, she was the Chief Strategy Officer for New Directions Behavioral Health. Throughout her diverse career in healthcare, she has held leadership positions with large provider groups including Federally Qualified Health Centers and the Kansas primary care association.

Erin specializes in leading large complex growth initiatives, risk management, organizational development, operations, and business process improvement, with an emphasis on Medicaid regulations and operations.

She obtained a BS in business marketing from Emporia State University, followed by a fellowship in Community Health Center Executive Leadership from University of Kansas Medical Center and an PMP from Project Management Institute.
